Six steps from “Am I owed money?” to “I received my Judgment!”
Every case moves through a pipeline. Mr. Ingham and his team at TSC Law know the pipeline inside and out, and are prepared to move your case forward in a timely manner. Here are some of the steps — each step links to a plain-English guide.

Once you decide that someone owes you money, you can click on the Free Case Review button on this website for Mr. Ingham to review your case. A member of the TSC Law Team will then contact you to let you know if Mr. Ingham is able to help you.

Once you retain Mr. Ingham, he will be filing your Affidavit at the Tulsa County Courthouse. He and the TSC Law Team will then begin preparing your case for Trial.

Mr. Ingham is professionally very well connected - he knows and will use the best process servers in Northeast Oklahoma for achieving proper service on the Defendant.

Mr. Ingham and the TSC Law Team will organize and fully prepare your evidence so that it can be presented persuasively to your Judge at the Trial.

The courtroom itself can be very intimidating - Mr. Ingham knows this. During your Trial he will be with you every step of the way. You can be confident your case will presented to your Judge with skill and determination.

Depending on the outcome of your Trial, you may receive a Judgment awarding the full amount owed. Per Oklahoma Law, you may also be entitled to reimbursement of other money owed to you. While Mr. Ingham cannot guarantee outcomes, he will work diligently to maximize the dollar amount of your Judgment.
Timeline
How long does all of this take?
Once Mr. Ingham files your Affidavit at the Tulsa County Courthouse, he will then turn his attention toward getting your Trial date scheduled. He and the TSC Law Team are usually able to schedule your Trial within 45 days. There are some rare occasions (depending on the Judge's availability) where your Trial will be scheduled out 55 to 60 days. Most Tulsa County Small Claims Trials are held within two months of filing.
Once Mr. Ingham has scheduled your Trial date, he will then turn his attention toward getting your Defendant served. He uses experienced, reliable process servers to help minimize delays and keep your case moving forward timely.
On the day of your Trial, your Judge will issue a Ruling either that same day or shortly thereafter. The Judgment is valid for five years.
A very high percentage of TSC Law clients remain in touch with Mr. Ingham and re-retain him to ensure their Judgment is renewed every five years and remains enforceable.
