What we collect
- What you send us. When you submit the Free Case Review Form, we receive the information you type: your name, contact details, and your description of the dispute. The submission records the network address it came from, which helps us block automated abuse.
- Ordinary server logs. Like nearly every website, our server keeps standard access logs (pages requested, timestamps, network addresses, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
What we do with it
Case review submissions are used for exactly one purpose: evaluating and responding to your inquiry about legal services. Submissions are stored on our own server and may be forwarded to the firm's email so we can respond.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever.
- We do not use your inquiry for marketing lists or newsletters.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
Cookies
This site sets only functional cookies (for example, the pre-launch access cookie and the admin session for firm staff). It sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If the contact form displays a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, Cloudflare processes the minimal technical data needed to distinguish humans from bots, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Confidentiality note
An initial inquiry is not privileged, because no attorney–client relationship exists yet — see the disclaimer. Once the firm is engaged, client information is handled under the confidentiality duties of the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct, which are far stricter than any privacy policy.
