Civil lawsuits are commonly handled by paying an attorney a hefty up-front retainer followed by ongoing hourly billing. As a result, the cost of civil lawsuits can make pursuing smaller debts - $10,000 or less - financially impractical.

Attorney Fees
Current attorney fee rates are quoted during your consultation with Mr. Ingham which occurs after you submit your Free Case Review information — send the case details and you will know the dollar amount before you spend any money. Every engagement covers a defined scope in writing: what's included, what Court Costs to expect, and what happens if the case takes a turn (such as a motion to transfer to another court, a Jury Trial, or appeals). There is never a surprise bill.
