Civil lawsuits are commonly handled by paying an attorney a hefty up front retainer which is then followed by ongoing hourly billing. As a result, the cost of civil lawsuits can make pursuing smaller debts - $10,000 or less - financially impractical.
During his 17+ years of civil litigation work, Mr. Ingham has proven he understands the importance of saving money for his clients. The attorney fees at his law firm are priced specifically for Small Claims - which means no unexpected hourly bills or surprise charges.

Current attorney fee rates are quoted following the free case review — send the case details and you will know the dollar amount before you spend any money. Every engagement covers a defined scope in writing: what's included, what Court Costs to expect, and what happens if the case takes a turn (such as a motion to transfer to another court, a Jury Trial, or appeals) - never a surprise bill.
